21 Fitzsimons is an apartment community located in Aurora, Colorado . The goals included providing a pre-leasing marketing tool during the apartment's construction phase and once the apartment's construction was completed, the website would continue supporting leasing and lead generation as well as provide residents with access to online services.

 

The web site was designed using the existing logo and property brochure. Potential residents can view floor plans, download the apartment's brochure, view property photos, community site map and area locations as well as download the rental application.

 

This website was developed in collaboration with Natural Graphics' account executive and creative team for Natural Graphics.
