Be An Angel wanted to create an online hub of information benefiting families with mulitply handicapped children and profound deafness as well as promote events and promote new services. In addition to designing this web site, Lynn Bell Design manages the site and the electronic newsletter. As with all of our web site designs, this site is optimized for searchability.
