Lofts on the Hill is a student housing property located in Boulder, Colorado developed and managed by Forum Real Estate Group. We designed the site for potential University of Colorado students to get a better idea of what Boulder living has to offer and highlight the property features. We combined the diagonal aspects of the logo with local landmarks and urban lifestyle images. We developed an interactive area map, an events section that can be updated by the property's management staff and visitors can text a friend floorplans and related information. We created a mobile version of the website for visitors on smart phones. Smart phones are automatically detected and routed to the mobile website. In addition to developing the website, we host and manage website updates.
