Yorktown Crossing is an apartment community located in Houston, Texas developed and managed by Greystar. The website was designed using the existing logo and property brochure threading a young and active lifestyle theme through the web site. We developed a Resident's Activity page that can be updated internally by the Yorktown Crossing / Greystar management team. Website visitors can email and text friends links to various sections of the website. Residents can submit a satisfaction survey, contact the office with service requests, access moving resources and resident activities. Potential residents can fill out an online application, download printable floor plans and property amenities. In addition to designing the website, Lynn Bell Design also hosts and manages updates to the website.
