TwoNineNorth Apartment Community

 

TwoNineNorth a luxury apartment community located in Boulder, Colorado. The goals included providing a pre-leasing marketing tool during the apartment's construction phase and once the apartment's construction was completed, the website would continue supporting leasing and lead generation as well as provide residents with access to online services.

 

The website was designed using the existing logo and property brochure threading a young and active lifestyle theme through the web site. Website visitors can view photo galleries of the property, 3-D floor plans, download printable floor plans, fill out an online application, check availability and find area attractions. Residents can easily contact the office with service requests, access moving resources and pay their rent online. Apartment managerment can update floor plan rates, online applications, resident activities and policies pages through a custom designed content management administrative area. We also created a mobile version of the website for visitors on smart phones. Smart phones are automatically detected and routed to the mobile website designed specifically for mobile device viewing.

 

This website was developed in collaboration with Natural Graphics' account executive and creative team for Natural Graphics. In addition to designing the website, Be Digital also hosts and manages updates to the website.
